Melanie, known for her welcoming presence at Body & Sole, is now offering her skills as a certified Reflexologist, Reiki Practitioner, and Indian Head Massage Therapist. She has completed intensive training with By the Moon and is close to certification as a Full Spectrum Doula, specializing in fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and loss. Her passion for holistic care is further supported by degrees in Psychology and Education, making her well-equipped to guide clients on their unique healing journeys.
With a nurturing and compassionate approach, Melanie is dedicated to fostering relaxation and balance for her clients. Starting November 13th, she will be available for Reflexology, Reiki, and Indian Head Massage on Monday afternoons and Wednesday mornings.
Outside of her professional work, Melanie enjoys spending time with family and friends, going for long walks, embracing the beauty of nature, cooking, reading, and expressing her creativity through photography and painting.
